Warning concerning the experimental packages

Hi all,

just a warning concerning the packages in experimental: I found that
most patches weren't applied, or better, applied in texlive-bin from
where the scritps like fmtutil is not installed anymore .... so
no -e in fmtutil etc etc etc.

I have moved the stuff now in the repo in will upload hopefully a bit
better packages sooner or later ;-)
