Bug#651957: texlive-bibtex-extra: Remove outdated elsevier-bib files?

It seems to me that the maintainance was a bit too strong... While there was
duplicated files in texlive-latex-extra and texlive-bibtex-extra in Squeeze,
these files do not appear anymore in any of them in Wheezy! This result in an
error in Wheezy (would compile happily in Squeeze) when compiling a LaTeX file
using any of Elsevier bibtex styles with, e.g., in the preamble:
\usepackage{natbib}
\bibliographystyle{elsart-harv}
The present bug mentioned the Elsevier bibtex styles, and admittedly I didn't
check the rest of the files. In particular, in Squeeze, texlive-bibtex-extra
included (see http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/all/texlive-bibtex-
extra/filelist):

the run and can easily explain problems induced by outdated files in

Don't forget to also include minimal examples of other files that are
needed, e.g. bibtex databases. Often it also helps
to include the logfile. Please, never send included pictures!
If your example file isn't short or produces more than one page of
output (except when multiple pages are needed to show the problem),
you can probably minimize it further. Instructions on how to do that
