It differs considerably, because etex is gone, s/pdfetex/pdftex/,
s/mf/mf-nowin/. This requires some work and testing, but I think we
should upload the new packages soon (poppler!). Therefore I open this
bug, which is scheduled to be fixed with the following upload.

We don't have texlive-base-bin in the distribution since 2 releases,
closing this bug now, it does not apply in any case.
