I honestly have to say, I agree...
I have no checked the history, and it seems that the changes
to replace pdfjam slipped in without checking back with you.
I probably made them because your package lags 3 versions behind
and I was not planning to upload, but later forgot to remove
or check back with you.
What is your preference? I can easily remove the stuff related
to pdfjam in a minute, as I am planning to upload another round
tonight or tomorrow anyway.
I leave it up to you of course ...
Once again, it was not my intention to hijack your package.
You can easily see that we have taken over many packages
in recent times, and I always contacted the authors first.
Sorry, you have slipped my attention.
