Status update TL2012

Today I built packages for tex-common (v3), texlive-bin, texlive-base,
texlive-doc.
I could install all with some --force-overwrite because loads
of files are duplicated in texlive-binaries and other packages.

After some fixing of missing tlpkg/TeXLive and a few minor tweaks
I could run updmap-sys ;-)

Hope to get a bit better packages tomorrow, which I will upload
