    * etc/libpaper.d/texlive-base

(probably a case for an overrides)

# W postrm-does-not-purge-debconf

(probably needs a fix)

and try to have a look at

# W menu-command-not-in-package

    * usr/share/menu/texlive-base:11 usr/bin/texconfig
    * usr/share/menu/texlive-base:6 usr/bin/xdvi
