Missing else branch in ifthenelse, with this patch at least you can
compile, BUT you have to add
algo2e
to the options.
It seems that algorithm2e is heavily broken. Your test document fails
even with this fix with
\listofalgorithmes undefined
Arggggg.
I am not sure if this will be ever fixed, I took a look at the
-discussion mailing list archives and it seems there is no activity
from the author whatsoever.
Best is probably to send him an email directly and ask him about
inclusion of a fix and how to fix the second problem.
