latex-cjk packages for TL2012

Hi Danai,

I have no idea where to best reach you, but I want to ask you whether
you are fine with the following points concerning your packages
	latex-cjk-chinese-arphic, latex-cjk-japanese-wadalab
(in cjk I am already added as uploaders)
- adding myself to the uploaders
- prepare an upload to experimental which works with TL2012

???
