Still don't understand: I compiled the code you sent on 19 Jun 2009
12:27:50 +0200 two times on TL 2009. One time w/ bug fix, one time
w/o. The results are visually the same. I'm using pdflatex and see a
linkt ot the footnote in Acrobat reader. What am I missing?
