luatex:
  * turn of poppler support, use shipped xpdf library since it has
    digressed from upstream xpdf and poppler, and compilation is not
    possible with poppler:
    - remove poppler from build dependencies
    - disable poppler patches
  * switch to source format 3.0 (quilt)
    - add debian/source/format
    - remove quilt related stuff from debian/rules
    - bump compat level to 7
    - no changes to upstream distribution is done, remove debian/README.source
  * adapt build script to new build system of TeX Live
