texlive-science update requierement

Hi: I (think) 've found a bug in texlive-science, or may be is not a
bug, whatever. The package algorithm2e has been updated in ctan, but
has not been updated in texlive-science. I realized so because
norelsize option has been incorporated in the later edition of the
package.

substitution of such file solved compilation problem.
