I aggressively close or merge bugs still sitting on teTeX packages.
teTeX was last released in 2005 and is actually only available in
oldstable. If a bug apparently does not exist in TeX Live I close it.

The reason for the problem in this bug we never found, it could have
been caused by an older teTeX package/dpkg/whatever. Similar problems
were not reported for TeX Live.
