Thanks for the notification about libkpathsea.

The "cjk" package builds well against the newest libkpathsea v5 (most
notably the hbf2gf binary).  I tested most of the example files, and
they compiled properly.
Next thing will be upgrading the CJK font packages for Japanese and Chinese.
