Bug#561728: texlive-base should conflict with dvipdfmx

I agree in parts, but I think I tried that but the version numbers makes
it difficult: 
	dvipdfmx is at 1:20090708-1
and texlive-base at 2009-N and provides dvipdfmx. The problem is that
dvipdfmx has a higher version number then we AFAIS.

What do you suggest here not to conflict with ourselves?
