texlive 2009, tlmgr

hi,

I successfully upgraded my texlive from 2007 to 2009 using texlive-full/tl2009-pre, many thanks for all the hard work. When trying tlmgr --help (man tlmgr etc etc) it seems this is not installed? Does it have a different name or do I have to install it from somewhere else?
