That would be of great help. I checked the current packaging but it is
all in the diff.gz and I couldn't find explanations. I guess some of the
changes are fixed in upstream.
So if you can provide split patches, or even just check the upstream tarball
from upstream website that would be great, because TeX Live contains what
is the lastest snapshot of dvipdfmx.
