I have built for my arch and fixed some bugs (wrong dependencies).

Then I have build texlive-base source package and .debs and tricked
around a bit, installable, latex works.

Some things have to be fixed, added to trunk/TODO:

- texlive-* and texlive-*-binaries ship both the man pages of the
  programs

- texlive-latex-base wants to build luatex format

- TeX Banner funktioniert nicht!!!
  (Frank did you change something? Build from old sources?? --tex-banner
   wasn't evaluated!)
