What? The original rm -f ... stuff? Well, so it is good that we fix
that.

That was the place where we changed the lonesome mktexlsr to (1.19)
	mktexlsr /usr/share/texmf /usr/share/texmf-texlive
and later (1.20) to
	mktexlsr /usr/share/texmf /usr/share/texmf-texlive /var/lib/texmf
So all three points a dealt with I would say.
