You are speaking of #530832, aren't you?

So please tell me why some people think that it is tex-common who messes
up the buildd's chroot. I have given detailed arguments, multiple times,
why I don't think so. Please follow up on that.

after you've read what I wrote there. I'm open to be convinced, but so
far no one has been giving any technical arguments.
