We have disabled diffs sending for all of texlive packages, but you can
enable it on
svn.debian.org:/svn/debian-tex/hooks/post-commit
there are lines like:
-m ^texlive2008/ \
-s "SVN texlive (2008) commit:" --diff n $TEXMAINT \
(not sending diffs)
and
-m ^tex-common/ \
-s "SVN tex-common commit + diffs:" $COMMITS \
sending diffs.
That can and probably should be adapted, most things there don't need
diffs sent out.
Can you take a look?
