luatex -ini lualatex.ini
for lualatex.fmt which is PDF based (!), and
luatex -ini dvilualatex.ini
for dvilualatex.fmt which is DVI based.
Create links
lualatex -> luatex
dvilualatex -> luatex
in /usr/bin
