Thanks, I have already reported that to latex-cjk-chinese. 
latex-cjk-chinese currently uses old patterns. In the bug
report (my email) for 562198 you see a solution. Simply 
replace the non-comment line in
	/etc/texmf/hyphen.d/20latex-cjk-chinese.cnf
with
	name=pinyin lefthyphenmin=1 righthyphenmin=1 file=loadhyph-zh-latn.tex
then call as root
	update-language
	fmtutil-sys --byengine luatex
