Please provide an example of what is good and what is bad. "Miss aligned"
is a *very* bad explanation of what is wrong, aligned to what, to the
margin of the paper, the surrounding text,..?
Without a minimal example we cannot confirm that.
By now nobody has complained here or on the main TeX Live list about
that problem.
