I mean, when you (or I) build next, we should use a new number. Not just
rebuild for the sake of it.

Not for daily work, but even for testing it's better.  Somehow aptitude
gets confused when it has these entries in sources.list:

http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/ tl2009-pre
http://localhost/localapt/ experimental main

Maybe it sees the "experimental" and dislikes it?  Therefore, I cannot
override your packages with local changes - and when the version numbers
don't differ, I even have no way telling from where a package is taken.

I'm building an i386 package of tl-binaries and luatex right now, using
a newer version number.
