so a meta packages, dependent to all the needed packages might be an
option. Having documentation (huge as this one) installed by default
might be not what every users want.

Suggests is here for this reason: have a way to communicate to users
of other packages that might enhance package experience while not
installed by default.

But that will prevent *any* Recommends from being installed, not only
for this package.
