Not me.

However in case of both submitters the (surplus) file
/etc/texmf/fmt.d/00tetex.cnf (from teTeX times) tried to build the
omega format files. Hence moving that file away should solve the
problem.

The change is rather minimal: I just added the file to the list of to
be renamed files.

At least two submitters, who run into this problem. The change is
rather minimal and should not hurt. One can still argue that a
package should not modify the config files of another package, but
the other package is the (obsolete) teTeX and I'me not going to fix
that package after it hase been obsoleted.
