Trigger with texlive packages

Hi,

I've thought tex-common 1.13 supports trigger. Am I wrong? Today, I've
saw this, which doesn't looks like triggers are active:

(Sorry for the german, I can't redo this to get english messages.)

Why is mktexlsr called five times?

I don't want to force you to work on the trigger support, but if there's
something wrong I would like to let you know it.
