That will be difficult: CJK really depends on the subfont definition files (.sfd) that are provided with freetype1-tools. If you or anyone else could provide it in another Debian package, then I am most happy to oblige to your request. @Norbert/Frank: these files are apparently provided with TeXlive (see [1]). Could they be added in one of the texlive-* packges, so I don't have to depend on freetype1-tools anymore?
