Bad, you are quite probably using an outdated xelatex.fmt which *you*
have created there!!!! Because automatic format generation would put it
into ~/.texmf-var/ or into /var/lib/texmf/web2c.

Please remove that and retry.

Please remove them for a minimal test document, too.

Furthermore please try to boil it down to a minimal example. This font
is not available here. Or tell me where I can install it.
