Yes, because the patch is for the 0.15 version.

I have a package ready for 0.15, but I hesitate since I expect a new
beta really soon (seen the big amount of co/ci on the luatex
repository). But anyway, I can upload 0.15-1 now which fixes this.
Package is ready, but I couldn't upload it from Barcelona.
