Bug#448726: please register the LuaTeX reference manual with doc-base

Hi, can you please register the LuaTeX reference manual with doc-base,
so that it is accessible via doc-base browsers? The attached file is a
suitable debian/luatex.doc-base.refman and should do the trick since
luatex is already using dh_installdocs which performs the registration
when finding *.doc-base.* files.
