Yes we know, but our general policy is not to update single packages
which could lead us into the hell of tex dependencies ;-). To be
serious, if it is something really important - and one of us actually
uses/needs the updated version - we tend to update also single files.
But generally we prefer waiting for the next texlive release which will
ship the new ones.
