- apt-file exists

- The descriptions are generated automatically, tweaking them by hand
  would be too much work at the moment

- There are 30 executable in tl-extra-utils, it doesn't make much sense
  to put such a large list in the long description.  

I don't think we will fix this - frankly I don't even think there is a
bug.  By the way, a2ping which does a similar job is in
texlive-base-bin.
