- restrict 50_fmtutil_deb to patching fmtutil and its manpage
- update 55_texconfig_stuff to make it Debian-clean; also remove
trailing whitespace to make quilt silent
- new patch 56_updmap_deb to separate changes which were in
50_fmtutil_deb earlier
