Bug#424031: texlive-lang-indic: bangfont.tex should be moved from the doc to the run trees

bangfont is needed for the output of the ebong processor, but it is
installed in
/usr/share/doc/texlive-lang-indic/latex/bangtex/bangfont.tex
instead of
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/bangtex/
