Log:
Fix the logic for filtered vs. unfiltered sections.
Previously, if the debdiff output had only "Files in second .deb but not in
first" or only "Files in first .deb but not in second", but not both of these
sections, then the section would be lost in the filtered output, instead of
being dumped unfiltered. This is now fixed.
