This could be solved by a simple line in all/debian/rules.in - however
there doesn't seem to be a good place for this, because we would have to
introduce an eperl conditional which tests for the binary package into
the install target.
Alternatively, we could add a new conffile directive "deletefile" and
let tpm2deb-bin.pl do that.
