Bug#425591: Acknowledgement (texlive-math-extra: missing dependency/recommends for xfrac.sty)

The two LaTeX packages template.sty and xparse.sty from texlive-latex3 (2005.dfsg.3-1) are too old for xparse.sty from texlive-math-extra (2005.dfsg.3-1).

Same minimal file as before:
