* patch updmap so that the help text at map file not found
error does not mention --syncwithtree etc, but refers to updmap.d
and update-updmap [np]
* remove 31_pdftex_gcc_ICE-on-alpha, recent revision of gcc have
fixed the FTBFS bug.
