Bug#420559: texlive-base-bin: installation freezes system - uninstallable

What are the arguments to these etex or pdfetex instances? Does
"xmltex" show up in each of them? If yes, this is a duplicate of
#419987.
In order to be able to install texlive, please remove xmltex.
