TL2007-1~3 works on PowerPC

Hi,

I build the texlive 2007 -1~3 packages for powerpc[1] and installed them
and the arch-indep packages from www.tug.org. It works! Great job!

BTW: Why is /etc/texmf/texmf.cnf under control of ucf? It's
  autogenerated.

But I'm sorry to tell you, I've found a bug. The package nag is installed
in the doc dir.
