IIRC there have been changes to the security settings of dvips (or was it
GhostScript?) that -- by default -- dissallow including files from higher
directories. Of course, this setting can be changed, but right now I do
not remember the command line option/configuration variable.

Arnout, does your file compile, if you place the data in the same
directory (or some subdirectory)? After adjusting the command for file
inclusion, of course.
