First test packages for TL2007

Hi all!

If my laptop manages to upload everything over night, tomorrow morning
there should be first test packages for TL2007 on the tug server:
	deb(-src) http://www.tug.org/texlive/Debian/ tl2007/

In the same directory
	http://www.tug.org/texlive/Debian/tl2007/
you will find:
- new-packages.txt
	the list of new packages
- $pkg.debdiff
	debdiffs between the latest version in sid and these packages

Points:
- Description generation is broken (make_deb_control function), I have
  no idea why, but I am too tired to investigate this for new.
- the debdiffs should be checked about strange things
- no replaces etc are given, so upgrading from current packages will be
  a bit of fun ;-)
- I haven't installed those beasts ... far from being that far ;-)
