This is the consequence of two things:
- I made you a member of the debian-tex-maint Launchpad group (as you
  know)
- the setting of the notification address to
  debian-tex-maint@lists.debian.org didn't work till now (you may have
  seen this discussion here, as you answered)

I deactivated you from the group for now, so you won't get this stuff.
As soon as the activation of the notification address works, I can
reactivate you and all notifications will still go to our list.
