It is always the default option not to update conffiles when upgrading,
but this is generally a bad idea. IMO, it's much wiser to always display
the diff and then decide whether the update is desirable.

This shows that you refused an update for this conffile. The .dpkg-dist
file is the one that was shipped in the package.

Sorry, but I have no idea why you have these obsolete map files. Maybe
someone else here will know better...
