Bug#392474: texlive-lang-spanish: needs cathyph.tex from texlive-base

Why? I assume tetex ships its own version of spanish hyphenations.

No, it was complete rubbish what I wrote, turning back after a nice
evening with too much beer, wine, whatever. cathyph.tex is NOT related
to "catalan", but to category, and I cannot move it to tl-lang-spanish.

I have already added the additional dependency for texlive-lang-spanish
and the next packages will fix this.
