Updates to tpm2deb.pl

Hi Frank, hi all!

Small update for tpm2deb which you might want to remember:
2006-10-20
  * Add a default for $opt_master in tpm2deb.pl setting it to ./LocalTPM,
    this way we don't need a TeX Live 2005 Master when rebuilding only
    a new Debian revision.
  * Add a default for $oldsrcdir in tpm2deb.pl setting it to ./src, search
    first for the .orig.tar.gz in ., then in $oldsrcdir.

This means that if you put the .orig.tar.gz into texlive/trunk/src you
can regenerate new debian revisions without the need for a TeX live 2005
