Bug#388115: tetex-base: postinst fails, can not upgrade

Here, I had a 40jadetex.cnf.dpkg-new in /etc/texmf/fmt.d, that was not
yet renamed to 40jadetex.cnf because the new jadetex (3.13-7) had not
been configured. It could not be configured because it depends on
tetex-extra, which was not configured because tetex-base was not
configured.

running dpkg --force-depends --configure jadetex solved the problem for
me.
