However, I had to install it manually with --force-conflicts, since texlive-latex-recommended Conflicts: to latex-ucs. I will fix latex-ucs in -5 (to be uploaded in some minutes). However, that won't immediately help since the Conflicts: in texlive-latex-recommended still needs to be removed. TeXlive maintainers, was there a particular reason why it was introduced?
