Hm, it seems to be rather a problem of the BTS.  For example, take the
second bug, #344994.  In its bug log it says:

Klicking on "full text" brings you to

If I remember correctly, previously these mails had the uploader in the
To field and the maintainer in the Cc.

Will you report this?  I won't have time today, and will be offline the
